Delete Your Express Wash Account

While we will be sad to see you go, we recognize that there are many reasons a user may wish to delete their account.

We want to make the process simple for you.

If you have an active plan, the plan will remain active at the car wash if the app account is deleted.
App account deletion is SEPARATE from membership cancellation.
If you have made any wallet purchases within the app, you will lose access to those purchases if the app account is deleted.
After a user deletes their account in the app, they will be able to sign up in the app again using the same email address; just as if they were a new app user.
